This vacancy is advertised by Dorrington House Homes. Who are currently looking for a Residential Home Manager to be based in Norfolk. This role involves tackling problems head-on, being dynamic, and possess excellent people-management qualities. Other duties will involve carrying out risk assessments, rota management, and all other aspects of day to day management. Candidates must be familiar with CQC regulations, be able to take into account all financial considerations of the management of a home. Home Managers who hold the RMA or its equivalent will be considered preferably. Previous A nursing qualification is desirable but not essential for this role either RGN, RMN or other similar type. Full Driving license essential.
